Maryland Ready Mix Concrete Association, Inc. (MRMCA) Establishes the Maryland Concrete Industry Scholarship Fund

The Maryland Ready Mix Concrete Association, Inc. (MRMCA) is proud to announce the establishment of the Maryland Concrete Industry Scholarship Fund, aimed at supporting the next generation of professionals in the concrete industry. This scholarship fund will provide financial assistance to students pursuing degrees related to the concrete industry. We have a goal of $15,000 for 2025-2026.

Our Commitment to Education and Industry Advancement

As a leader in the concrete industry, MRMCA's Members recognize the importance of investing in education and fostering the growth of future industry leaders. This scholarship fund represents our commitment to advancing the concrete industry through education, innovation, and professional development.

Eligibility and Application Process

Students enrolled in concrete-related programs at participating Maryland universities and colleges are eligible to apply. The scholarship will be awarded based on academic achievement, financial need, and a demonstrated interest in pursuing a career in the concrete industry.

Applications will be reviewed by MRMCA's Scholarship Committee - a panel of industry experts, and recipients will be selected based on their academic performance, personal statements, and recommendations. Detailed information about the application process, deadlines, and required materials will be available through MRMCA.

Supporting the Future of the Concrete Industry

Proceeds from the Maryland Concrete Industry Scholarship Fund will directly benefit students, helping them to cover tuition, books, and other educational expenses. By supporting these students, we aim to cultivate a skilled and knowledgeable workforce that will drive the concrete industry forward.

Join Us in Supporting Tomorrow’s Leaders

We invite industry partners, Members, and the community to join us in this important initiative. Your contributions to the Maryland Concrete Industry Scholarship Fund will make a significant impact on the lives of students and the future of our industry.
