The Maryland Ready Mix Concrete Association, Inc. (MRMCA) wishes to send our deepest condolences and share the difficult news of the passing of Francis "Frank" Hall Chaney, II.

Frank was a respected leader, industry advocate, and longtime supporter of Maryland's concrete community. After joining Chaney Enterprises in 1979, he dedicated more than four decades to the growth and success of the company, helping shape it into one of the region's most recognized and respected organizations.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Frank was known for his unwavering commitment to his family, education, workforce development, community service, and philanthropy. His generosity, leadership, and vision positively impacted countless individuals and organizations throughout Maryland and beyond. His legacy will continue through the many lives he touched and the communities he helped strengthen.
