The 24th Annual Maryland Concrete Conference is a 2-Day industry and private sector Concrete Conference on March 11th & 12th, 2024. This year's event commences with the Inaugural Maryland Women in Concrete Forum, an opening day Networking Reception, specific Exhibitor Networking breaks on both days, Education tracks (including 8+ PDH opportunities / AIA details to follow), & new Sponsorship opportunities. Located at the newly renovated The Hotel at Arundel Preserve in Hanover, MD.

  • PARKING: Free in the Hotel lot located to the left of the Hotel Entrance. Enter through the doors off the parking garage and follow signs to the second floor.
  • ATTIRE: Business casual.
  • REGISTRATION: Monday, March 11th from 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm & Tuesday, March 12th from 7:00 am - 8:00 am.
  • EXHIBITOR SET-UP TIME: Monday, March 11th from 11:30 am until 12:30 pm.
  • EXHIBITOR HOURS: Monday, March 11th 12:30 pm until 7:00 pm & Tuesday, March 12th 7:00 am until 2:30 pm.
  • EXHIBITOR BREAKDOWN: Tuesday, March 12th after 2:30 pm.
  • SPEAKERS: Please check-in at Registration at least an hour before your Presentation time.
  • SPONSORS & EXHIBITORS: Please email your Logos and Company Bio to: mindy@marylanconcrete.com
  • DOOR PRIZES and/or ATTENDEE TAKE-AWAYS: If you have a Door Prize or Attendee Take-Away, please contact Mindy Green at MRMCA.

2024 EVENT CANCELATION POLICY: 

  • Registration, Sponsorship, and Exhibitor Fees must be paid no later than 5 business days prior to the scheduled event.
  • Any unpaid registrations are subject to cancellation if other payment arrangements have not been made at that time.
  • All cancellation requests must go directly through Mindy Green at MRMCA at least 5 business days prior to the event or the Registrant will be liable for the entirety of the Registration fee.
  • An 85% refund will be granted when the cancellation request is received within 6 business days of the event. No refunds will be granted for registrations canceled within 5 business days of the event. In the event the Concrete Conference is cancelled or rescheduled by the Hosts, the Registrants will be given the choice to apply their registration to another MRMCA Event or be extended a full refund.
  • Registration transfer requests must be made in writing directly to Mindy Green within 5 business days of the event.
  • Any necessary hotel accommodations will be the responsibility of the individual attending the event. Lodging cancellations must be made directly with the hotel and are subject to the hotel’s cancellation policy.
